«The house was very nice and laid out well for our needs. The location was great. We felt that the house had not been checked for cleanliness and that everything was in working order prior to our arrival. Had issue with the toilet not working upon our arrival. The host did arrive the next day and repaired it.»

«Our stay was wonderful at the vintage cottage. The outside with the view of the lake was so peaceful to sit out and enjoy the view and read a book with coffee. The landscape is beautiful as its own little oasis. The kitchen was well stocked and we had every thing we needed. The interior was spacious, with a perfect lake vibe. I loved all the vintage nods to the area. There were lots of helpful books and suggestions for what to do in the area. This was a great stay for our family as our first ...

«Had a wonderful time at the Nook to watch the total solar eclipse! The place was exactly what was expected from the listing. And John was a great host - very nice, responsive, and even set out some extra eclipse glasses for us to use on our visit - so thoughtful! All in all, great stay!»

«The cottage has a nice comfortable feel to it. Was clean and well kept. I was nervous as this is a dog friends, bit didn't notice any pet smells or damage. The back yard was great for our dog. The neighborhood is under repair due to recent storm damage, but nothing the owner could do about that.»

«We had so much fun during our stay here. The house is adorable and offered plenty of space. Plenty of towels and blankets but be prepared to bring paper towels, toilet paper, food containers and tin foil also drinking water. The kayaks were such a bonus!! We had so much fun with them paddling around the shores. The fireplace was beautiful and having the gas grill with back up propane was awesome. Would definitely stay again. Also, the neighbors were so friendly and inviting. Love Indian Lake! ...
