Borgatalpina is an alpine residence made up of three independent apartments in the same building, designed for large families, groups of friends or several households of up to 15 guests who want to stay together while keeping separate spaces.
The residence combines Casa Aura, Casa Lutz and Casa Ostal: three nearby, self-contained units with independent entrances, created to offer both shared moments and privacy when needed.
Casa Aura is the main apartment: over 150 sqm on several levels, with a large living area, sofa in front of the fireplace, Smart TV, workspace for remote work, equipped kitchen with counter, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a spacious dining area where the group can eat together comfortably.
In the warmer season, Casa Aura’s exclusive panoramic terrace, equipped with a parasol and space for outdoor dining, becomes one of the most enjoyable parts of the residence.
Casa Aura has one double bedroom, a large main bathroom with walk-in shower, bathtub, washing machine and dryer, a second double bedroom with a small service bathroom, and a loft with two double beds, TV area and a second workspace for remote work.
Casa Lutz is a bright apartment on two levels, with a living area, equipped kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and two panoramic balconies overlooking the valley. It is ideal for adding privacy for couples or small households within the group.
Casa Ostal is a welcoming apartment with a large loft sleeping area, divided into two separate areas with two double beds, wardrobes and chests of drawers. The living area includes an equipped kitchen, oven, dishwasher, microwave, dining area and relaxation space with a large sofa bed. The entrance overlooks the small square of the hamlet, in a quiet and intimate setting.
The apartments are opened progressively according to the size of the group, so that guests have the right amount of space without paying for areas they do not need:
* groups up to 6 guests: Casa Aura;
* groups from 7 to 9 guests: Casa Aura and Casa Lutz;
* groups from 10 to 15 guests: the whole residence with Casa Aura, Casa Lutz and Casa Ostal.
Units that are not needed remain closed and are not shared with other guests.
Guests have exclusive access to the apartments planned for the group size and to the outdoor areas connected to the residence. There are no other guests in the building during the stay.
Check-in and check-out are self-managed through a key lockbox. Free parking is available.
Before arrival you will receive the link to the dedicated Borgatalpina website, with all the useful information to organize your stay: apartment amenities, directions, practical instructions, recommended hikes and places to visit nearby.
Borgatalpina is suitable for mountain stays all year round.
In summer and in the shoulder seasons it is a good base for hiking, MTB, alpine villages, the Fenestrelle Fort, Pracatinat, the Selleries refuge, the Assietta route and other outdoor itineraries. On warmer days, the hamlet offers a cooler and quieter climate than the plain.
In winter, Casa Aura’s spacious rooms and fireplace make the stay especially pleasant after a day on the snow. Access to the Vialattea ski area is about 15-20 minutes away, while staying in a quieter hamlet than the busier ski resorts.
The village centre is reachable in a few minutes on foot, with a bar, grocery shop, tobacconist and newsstand. A car is recommended to explore the valley, ski slopes, mountain huts and nearby villages freely.
Pets are welcome, provided the house and shared spaces are respected.
