«We enjoyed our stay in this property once the check in issues were sorted out. Book-a-bach dropped the ball with check-in which took over 2hrs and was not complete until the next morning. Having said that, all the issues we encountered were not the fault of the house, so as long as Book-a-Bach sorts these, then I would highly recommend this home. It is a good size, even with just 2 bedrooms, we had 4 adults and 4 kids (sleeping in the lounge on the couches) and it didn't feel too small, AMAZING ...

«Neighbouring properties made us very nervous to start with. No issues though and enjoyed our stay. Made the booking through a different website. Charged us for an extra night. Tried to communicate prior to check in. No luck and no reply. Overall experience very disappointing. Scared to use Bookabach or Bachcare again.»

«Stunning house, very clean, amazing views. Probably not ideal for young kids being right on the cliff. Also one of the bedrooms is located outside the house where young children might not feel comfortable sleeping. Gas ran out after our first night, Property Manager did sort the issue out but we had limited hot water & heating for half a day which isn't ideal, perhaps something that should be checked prior to guests arriving.»

«Our family booked the accommodation for an extra special weekend…our daughter’s wedding at Old Forrest School. We were not disappointed when we turned up and saw the location and view. The house was clean and tidy and provided the perfect place to relax around a very busy but fabulous weekend. This was a weekend to remember and we hope to return soon for a weekend of sun, sea and relaxation. Pukehina will forever hold a place in our hearts.»

«Beautiful view of the lake taken in from the super comfy armchairs. Enjoyed swimming, paddleboarding and relaxing by the water. Lucky enough to see a plane landing, the airport is very close but really quiet and not a disturbance at all. Short drive into town with loads of shops nearby too.»

«The tiny home has everything you need to explore the Rotorua area. The kitchen has a sink and full cooking capabilities. The bathroom has a toilet, mini little sink, and shower head. The bathroom does get rather wet when you shower but it’s built for that. There is a very secure ladder to the main sleeping area and a pull out ladder for another miniature sitting area that’s more for little ones then adults. It is tiny but very cozy.
