Next hit the golf course at one of 5 local golf courses. Then pack your beach gear and start exploring a new world class beach every day , all just 15-20 minutes from your vacation paradise. World class fishing in the Golf of America. Watch the dolphins from shore. End the day with a quiet bike ride on miles of paved trails just down the street. Adult and children's bikes are available for your use.
The house is furnished with everything you will need. Just pack your swimsuit and shorts and we take care of the rest. From shampoo and soap to basic spices, the home has it all. Feel free to message me while packing to see if you will need to pack it.
Englewood is the up and coming beach town with Dearborn street bursting with everything from a farmers market to plenty of new dining options.

Before checking in, our guests receive the access code for the entrance door by text and thru the app.

Spacious house, clean, great pool. This house had everything you could need for a great beach day. Great family vacation spot. We used the pool every day. Will just say it is a very quiet location if that is what you like. Only about 15-20 minutes away from great beaches.

Wonderful stay

We had an amazing time at this beautiful house. The view was absolutely stunning, and the home itself was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The amenities made our stay extra enjoyable, and the space was perfect for spending quality time with family. The host was extremely kind and helpful throughout our visit, making us feel truly welcome. Spectacular Home and more importantly the Most Gracious Host

I typically don’t leave reviews but this time I will. My family and I had actually rented another home through Vrbo and our check in was Saturday July 12 in Englewood. When we had got to that home the cleanliness was awful and it was not somewhere I was going to have my children stay in. I was honestly shocked because we have booked on Vrbo many times and have never experienced like this before. I immediately got on Vrbo and started looking again for another home to rent and fortunately found this one. For some reason Vrbo wouldn’t let me book it for the same day and would only let me book it for the following day until we were going to need to check out on the 19th. I went ahead and booked it and messaged the host explaining our situation in hopes of somehow getting in that same day instead of having to wait until the next. She immediately responded back and let us in that same day. My family and I couldn’t be more appreciative to her. Her home was absolutely stunning and so clean. I can honestly say we have never been treated with such graciousness in such short notice. If you have the opportunity to rent this home you and your family won’t be disappointed and the host is absolutely amazing. Thanks for such a wonderful stay

Perfect Lodging in Rotunda

The house was perfectly appointed - anything you need can it has. Conveniently located on a quiet street, nice pool, plenty of room to hang out and great communication with owners. Been going to SWFL my entire life but first time I have stayed in Rotunda. I will highly recommend to other vacationing family members.

Great Getaway!

I loved this property! Some friends and I stayed here for a few days to head to the beach and watch some spring training. This was the perfect place to stay in. The owners provide you with anything you could need- from beach supplies to dishwasher detergent. The pool and outdoor grill was also a great part of the experience. We also got to meet some very friendly neighbors across the way who were very sweet. Neighborhood was great, and a good distance from everything. I would recommend to anyone who wants a relaxing time away from everything.

Quaint house close to Gaspirilla Island

We rented this house so we could go Tarpon Fishing on Gaspirilla island. It was a great size and clean property. The neighborhood is quiet and mostly snowbirds. Easy 15 minute commute to the island.

Wonderful, Relaxing Getaway

We had a tremendous vacation at this lovely, spacious and comfortable home. The setting provided beautiful scenery and sunset views, the pool was a great way to float and relax. The community of Rotonda West is quiet and has many ways to exercise and enjoy the warm weather. We enjoyed dining at many local restaurants and found the grocery and other stores close and easy to find. The owners took great care to ensure the home was fully stocked with everything needed, most importantly coffee and creamer, but also toiletries, household provisions, variety of tv streaming options, pool floats and adult bicycles. The furniture was comfortable, the home was very clean and the layout was great for gathering at mealtimes, etc. Bedroom/bathroom accommodations also provided ample space for privacy. Owners were also very communicative throughout our stay, making sure we were able to access the home upon check in and available for any questions we had during the stay. We highly recommend this home for a Florida family vacation.

Close to everything!

Just as the description states! Conveniently located to everything. The property is on a pond. I sat by the pool in the sun and watched my husband fish and catch bass. The house is super clean, nicely decorated and has everything you need! Nice neighborhood. Renting this again!

A wonderful Florida getaway

Lori’s home in White Marsh was immaculate and well stocked with all we needed. The three TV’s were all seemingly new. When we had a couple questions as to their operation, Lori was right there to clarify our problem. The pool and lanai area were wonderful. The master bedroom was lovely and the baths well stocked with all amenities. Cannot recommend this property highly enough. A truly enjoyable vacation.
