Hoteller nær Rothfuss Park

«The hotel was in a quiet location it was maintained and clean . The staff was friendly and helpful especially the desk staff , Heather on days and Robin on the night shift were very engaging and helpful. The cleaning crew were adequate although simple mistakes were made as not replacing towels and face cloths and not replacing coffee and the creamer/ sugars when depleted. The gym was basic but had a decent amount of machines and a cable work out machine. The pool ( which I didn't use) was ...

«The staff was super friendly and the hotel was easy access to local attractions, however the cleanliness inside the hotel and the rooms we were displeased with.»

«-If you’re disabled, this isn’t the place for you…there is no elevator. The staff isn’t accommodating and won’t put you on the first floor. -If you like to shower, this not the place for you…multiple different guests, were coming to the front desk, complaining of not having any hot water to shower with; I couldn’t believe, the person at the front desk told the guests, that there was nothing she could do, she was going to call her manager. «Hot Tub Broken , pool freezing cold. Could not use either. No one used pool. Breakfast was very good and well supplied . I had to request my room to be cleaned. Nice area.»

«I just spent five nights here, and really enjoyed my stay. Friendly staff and lovely bartenders. Nice to have such a large complementary parking outside as well. It is very close to EastView Mall. «Wonderful experience at The Del Monte Lodge! The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably maintained. What really stood out was the staff—everyone was genuinely warm, welcoming, and attentive, and I felt very well taken care of throughout my stay. The location in Pittsford is also perfect. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it!»

«Convenient location for the strong museum»

«Beautiful inside the hotel and the outside grounds! Spa was gorgeous and relaxing! Scenery was amazing and ambience was peaceful! Friendly staff! Definitely recommended and will be coming again!»

«Great place for the money and close to nice restaurants and bars. Very decent breakfast. Everything was great except for the front desk person who couldn't figure out that I reserved and fully paid for 2 rooms. Other couple was charged too, the obvious service dogs were ignored and then added as pets charge to the other room. Everything was sorted out but the inconvenience was totally unnecessary»
