«This place was disgusting! I should have known something was amiss when the total price was $180 for two nights. The lobby smelled horrible, the room was bleh, the shower had flaking paint, stains everywhere, the towels were stained! You can honestly spare a couple extra dollars and literally go ANYWHERE ELSE and get a better night stay. Oh and there is no security, I hear someone screaming for help so god knows what was happening with that. Oh, and if you like the sound of smoke detectors ...

«The price is right, it was clean and they allowed pets. But, it is an upstairs apartment of an old house in the Lakeside neighborhood with low slanted ceiling height in the entry and bathroom. It is about 3 miles to a public beach. Parking is on the street. The stairs are at a high angle and the railing is falling off the wall. Be careful. The property is not wheelchair accessible. The TV could not be controlled from the remote. There was only a bathtub - no shower.»

«The place was a beautiful Victorian home. Well decorated and comfortable warm and friendly. Our host was amazing. Eric prepared the most beautiful breakfast in the morning far beyond continental style. You cannot beat his omelette or his pancakes. The home is located in an excellent spot. The host was very personable and accommodating. The coffee was ready throughout the day nonstop. And the hot water for tea. highly recommend staying there a wonderful getaway.»
