1 of 6 Alpine A-Frame cabins located on a bluff in Chattanooga Valley, Georgia. This spectacular A-Frame boasts phenomenal views of Lookout Mountain from every angle inside and outside of the home.  Sunset Peak  features a bohemian interior design with bright colors, eclectic furnishings, and an open concept floor plan with wood tongue and groove vaulted ceilings which adds lots of airy natural light throughout the home. This very spacious home has 3 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms and sleeps 10 people with a new addition of GOATS! Read more below!

Our Favorite Things About This Home:
We have recently added GOATS! There are 8 total goats on the hillside below the A-Frames that guests are welcome to pet and love on during your stay. We provide a small bag of treats and grain for guests to feed them as well. Such a fun experience to add to your vacation! Not only does this home reside in a stunning location, but it is also VERY conveniently located only 12 minutes from Downtown Chattanooga! The back balcony deck is a comfortable retreat to take in the views of Lookout Mountain while gathering around the gas fireplace enjoying the company of your group. The fun and energetic environment of this home will leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed! This home also features an impressive theater room with a projector and full double bunks downstairs! There is a hot tub on the lower patio with the same 180 degree mountain views. An added bonus is that there are smart TV's in every bedroom and there is high speed internet available with 250 MBPS. Lastly, this home is very family friendly! There is a pack n'play provided at the house, extra plasticware in the kitchen for kids, games downstairs, and white noise machines in every bedroom!

Home Layout:
As you come in the front entryway, on the right is the laundry room, and on the left if the Queen bedroom with a Smart TV and walk-in closet. Directly across from the bedroom there is a full bathroom with a standing tile shower. As you continue down the hallway, you will find the open concept living room, kitchen and dining area with vaulted tongue and groove ceilings and instant views of the mountain scenery. Through the sliding glass doors is the back balcony deck with plenty of comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, and more tongue and groove wood walls and ceilings. Up the stairs you will find a cozy King loft bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, standing shower, and closet space. Head downstairs and there is a theater room with a projector, full double bunk beds, and a foosball table! Several board games are provided. The final King bedroom is also downstairs with an ensuite bathroom and tub/shower comb. This bedroom offers glass sliding doors to capitalize on the views and through those doors is a back patio with a 6-person hot tub with more 180-degree views!

Things to Know About The Property:

1. PARKING! MAX amount of parking available on the asphalt pad is for 3 larger vehicles. There is no street parking since this property is on the bluff and sits right off Ridgeland Road.

2. This is 1 of SIX Alpine A-frame Cabins! If you would like to rent more than one, please reach out to us! 3 of the 6 Alpine A-frames are currently under construction… they will be available for booking late January!

3. There is an older gentleman that lives across the road and he loves to keep watch over the neighborhood. He is very kind and may say hi during your stay! He has lived on this road his whole life and these A-frames are brand new construction.

4. This cabin is on a rural country road in a rural area. You may see wildlife such as deer, raccoons, hawks, the lonely coyote and neighboring dogs during your stay.

5. There is a Ring Doorbell on the front door.

6. You will need to bring your own hot tub towels if you plan on using the hot tub!

7. Since this home was built in the spring, it was the perfect opportunity for lady bugs to inhabit the house. Most, if not all, homes in our area have lady bugs. To stay ahead of this we are on preventative monthly pest control maintenance for all of our properties. Unfortunately they are still VERY hard to get rid of! Thankfully, they are harmless! But please know you will most likely see ladybugs in the home during your stay.

8.Please be mindful this area has new construction going on so during the daytime you may intermittently hear noise while outside from them working. We happily provide sound machines in every bedroom for added convenience!
