«Friendly and helpful staff. Close to transit. Clean rooms, comfortable bed.»

«We arrived in the afternoon and the rooms looked just like in the pictures. Easy to access by car. The furniture seemed old, and the bed a bit short for people over 1,80m. The room was very clean and surprisingly quiet. The service was ok, neither with check in nor out was the reseptionist very cherfull. Placement was perfect for upper Chicago. A nice place if you want a cheap stay while you check out the city. »

«I like that it had a balcony food choice wasn’t my type of style end up ordering food off of site but definitely had all the amenities for you to be ready for the next day. Will be staying again little bit pricey for a short weekend stay but I will definitely be coming back. Very great part of the town hope to own my own own home in this place one day.»

«Rooms were nice and spacious. Nice having the rooftop bar and lounge. Food eas really delicious from the restaurant and the breakfast buffet. Would stay again»

«Loved plenty of parking, room cleaned every day and breakfast included. Would love to have a few throw pillows and blankets in the living area. Would love to have coffee in the lobby earlier than 7:30.»

«Veldig bra. Personalet var alltid imøtekommende. Drar gjerne tilbake»

«What an absolutely remarkable place! It genuinely feels as though a beautiful piece of historic Italy has been transported into this Chicago neighborhood. The architecture, thoughtfully selected ornate decor, warmth, and attention to detail create an atmosphere that is both elegant and incredibly welcoming. This is not simply a place to stay. It is an experience. And then there is Gina! Her hospitality is in a class of its own. From preparing a wonderful breakfast to serving homemade banana ...

«Great location in Chicago centrally located in Gold Coast a couple of blocks from Oak Street Beach.»

«Fint hotell med god lokasjon. Fine og store rom. Nespressomaskin på rommet. Litt treg service på housekeeping.»

«I stayed for two nights. The major issue was there are a lot of noise at night - a lot of siren on the street - police, ambulance, fire trucks. These noise are all night long. I must have been waken up 6-7 times each night. Before 1pm also heard a lot of street noise because N Clark Street is a popular youth hangout place.»

«Compared to other hotels in its class, the service here is top-notch. The room decor isn't overly traditional, featuring prominent details and a clean, cozy atmosphere that feels like home. The pricing is fair, and the location is excellent. Traveling is effortless thanks to the hotel's one-mile shuttle service, and privacy is exceptional (we had a balcony room on the 19th floor). Overall great stay.»

«Super clean. Super views. Super amenities. Will stay again.»
