«The two rooms we booked were very well-appointed - comfortable, lovely decor and spotlessly clean. The hotel is in a great location - a very short walk to the beach, plus local cafes and restaurants. We very much enjoyed our stay at the Pearl Hotel and we were made to feel very welcome by the staff - almost like part of the family! We're already planning a return trip to stay at the Pearl Hotel again later this year. »

«Loved this condo. It was our first time in the area but the location seemed perfect. Overlooking the heated pool and hot tub. We walked most places for meals or coffee or drinks, and at most were a 10 minute drive to other places we wanted to go. The host was great; couldn’t have been easier logistically.Would definitely recommend and visit again.Thanks!»

«There were furnishings from other apartments outside, including a sink. My husband tripped over a tear in the hem of the drapes and fell into the balcony. Also, there were questionable stains on the outside furniture. »

«Great location, clean, & Jeff is very responsive. The property provided more essentials (shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, etc) than most rentals we’ve stayed along 30A. Only con, the lower level bed room was very small & the hall bunks made the area feel cramped. Was mentioned in the description but didn’t realize how small the area is. »

«Very clean. Lots of extras (cleaning supplies, laundry/dish detergent). Minimal negative that some of the finishes are worn, pillows are useless (flat). But really; might be the best VRBO we’ve rented. Location is perfect. Host could not have been more accommodating (I had booked the wrong week initially). Host was quick to respond to any questions. I would recommend this one (or any of the host’s three other properties) without hesitation. Can’t go wrong!»
