«We had one day to stay at this location so given the pics, we felt this was a good fit. It is a 1/2 hour from the airport but that's about the best thing. When we got there, the place was empty and that was fine. We were past prime season, but the 6 cats and the smell of cat urine was too much. The views were great from the bar and patio, the rooms very average with one that reeked of cat pee. We took our losses and left. We did not stay overnight as it was just too smelly. «Great value for money, and a very relaxing resort where you have everything at hand. One draw back was difficulty to get cash out, so we were very dependent on the resort for our week there. Any other experiences (like snorkeling, boat taxi, taxi, tours of any kind) require cash, so be sure to get it at the airport! Staff a little bit unfriendly, but very clean and comfortable. The beach did not have good snorkeling, but other beaches around are accessible from the resort (if you have cash). »

The staff was wonderful—they gave us a tour of the property and decorated our room with balloons, making the celebration even more special. The view of the Pitons was breathtaking, and I would definitely stay here again.»

«I loved the view from the room, beautiful, and the personal balcony with the hammock. The room could've used a deep clean, but pretty clean to the naked eye. Casey was helpful, and ran me down to the store for there isn't any food close. The suites sits on very steep hills, so the use of a taxi is crucial. Their sign inside the suite says housekeeping everyday, but only received towels, and clean dishes 2x's out of 5 day stay. The numbers listed are not helpful when trying to reach someone,  ...

«The check in process was easy as could be with Sam sending me video insturctions on where to find the key and the entry process. Place was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. We had a problem one day with the water not working and it was addressed immediately. (A power surge turned the water pump off without us realizing it) and we had water back within 30 minutes. The pool was a nice place to hang around during the hot days. We would love to be back real soon.»

«Truly one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. Absolutely stunning views from the room, the dining area, the pool -- everywhere really! The staff is also exceptionally friendly and lovely. The cocktails and food were incredible, both in the dining area as well as upon arrival (welcome drinks) and in the room (snacks, truffles, etc.). Everything felt so well thought out and special.
