This could include deer, skunks, raccoons, ducks, mice, spiders, wasps, bees, crickets, black flies, ticks or ants. These creatures reside in nature and we have no control over them. We Cannot control Mother Nature and therefore do not offer refunds if you encounter her business. This is a nature friendly property so no poisons, toxins, glue traps allowed.
