«I highly recommend this hotel. The bed was comfortable, the room was a good size and included dishes for eating. The cable tv had every channel which I don't think I have seen before. The hotel is also located in very good area with restaurants and stores close by.»

«The location was kind of in the cut, away from the road. There were ladies of the street soliciting for the night when we arrived. The place was clean, but it always felt just slightly sketchy. However, there were no negative incidents or interactions, so I have to say it was a positive experience and I would recommend to anyone on a budget!»

«It was what was lacking from the listing that was the problem-- there were 20 sketchy steps from the sidewalk to the front door. Those were not mentioned. We're 81 and 78. Stairs in general are things we try to avoid, but these were covered with leaves, ivy encroaching on the lowest set and with ridiculously low hand rails. Since there's no off-street parking, using the scary stairs was mandatory. The house was fine, but getting in and out was not.»

«We had a great overnight stay, just passing thru the area. The Inn is celebrating 100 years this year. We love staying in historic hotels. Very charming, safe neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable. Very small refrigerator in room. Hidden television behind canvas painting in the room to keep with the historic charm. The balcony was the only reason we stayed here because they are incredibly difficult to find, but were blown away by the decor.
