«Simply the best first night in a foreign country experience we've ever had. Jayne and Le Roux are the perfect people to work in hospitality and the attention to detail was unbelievably outstanding. The whole property is absolutely amazing and it's far more than just a hotel - the experiences offered from the meals to the wine tasting to the runner duck watching (has to be seen to be believed) are fantastic and they set the bar for the rest of our time in South Africa very high indeed.»

«We had a lovely stay at Acara. The host was a joy to converse with and very accommodating. The location was excellent and made it easy to visit many vineyards, beaches, and shopping in the surrounding area. The views of the mountains, vineyards, and horses from our cottage were also a highlight. We look forward to visiting again! »
