«Started with no check in information and no response on the app from the host. We had to call and were told to call at the door and I would get a code. Upon entering the room, I noticed a heavily molded lampshade. There was hair on the back side of the pillow that made it appear someone had been laying on it and the linens were not changed. Also hair in the sheets. When I called again for fresh linens I was offered a new room, which I accepted. I went to check out the new room and the lock box ...

«What a wonderful weekend! We were in town with two other families to watch our boys play lacrosse in a tournament. Instead of staying in a boring hotel we had this beautiful retreat in the woods after a long day of games. Parents sat by the fire and relaxed while the boys played pickleball, kayaked, yard games, etc. Our only regret is that it took us 5 years of traveling for sports to figure this out!! Thanks for a great weekend--we hope to be back next summer.»
