MOLTO FREDDO
Al arrivo alle 15,30 circa ,nella camera faceva 15 gradi e fuori -1. Dopo vari tentativi di far partire il riscaldamento, senza successo ,ho dovuto chiamare il responsabile che e riuscito farlo partire verso le ore 16. Poi alle ore 23 il riscaldamento si e fermato e nella stanza faceva 19.5 gradi, poi e ripartito alle 5.30 di mattina....quando nella stanza faceva 17,5 gradi... Doccia non si poteva fare, nel bagno 17,5-18 gradi sempre..... Forse e un posto dove andare solo nel estate ...... Peccato... il posto dove si trova e bellissimo...

Buonasera, ci siamo scusati per il disguido al vostro arrivo e ci siamo subito attivati per rimediare, come del resto confermate anche voi. Nella vostra camera fino alle 23.30 c'erano 22 gradi, idem in bagno. Ora, voler polemizzare sui 18 gradi notturni (dalle 23.31 alle 5:30) è vostra facoltà. La nostra di facoltà è quella di una gestione responsabile, il che significa_per noi_ non avere 22gradi in camera di notte, che non servono a nessuno: né a voi che avete a disposizione un letto con piumini d'oca (se fosse così freddo); né all'ambiente, a cui noi teniamo. Buone cose e alla prossima.

Super consigliato
Ottima esperienza al B&B. Posto bellissimo, vista favolosa. Letto comodissimo e lenzuola morbidissime. Spazi ambi e ben curati. Colazione buona.

Molto particolare con camere a tema , pulito e con una bella vista. Peccato che non funzionava il riscaldamento e quindi non abbiamo potuto docciarci ne rilassarci.

Meravigliosa postazione
Posto stupendo. Da tornare! L'unico inconveniente è che il bagno anche se privato rimaneva fuori dalla stanza, comunque è andato tutto benissimo. Sia la camera che la vista erano bellissime.

Terrible Customer Service!
You could not pay my husband and I to stay here again which is too bad because the property grounds were beautiful. The owner was awful. Upon arrival my husband and I attempted to pay for our stay with our international Visa credit card which worked everywhere in Europe. The lady who greeted us upon check-in informed us that we would pay at check-out and that she did not know how to work the credit card machine that attaches to the owners cellphone. My husband and I stayed four nights here. Upon check-out the owner was not there. We again attempted to pay with our credit card and were told that was not an option at that time. We had a flight to catch and did not anticipate that suddenly the owner would decide we needed to pay cash for a FOUR NIGHT STAY!! Absurd! The ICE exchange rate in Bergamo is 60 euros for $100 which is simply robbery and our local FCCU bank cards did not work in ATMs in Italy so this was simply not an option. Their site specifically states that visa credit cards are accepted. After being yelled at by the owner she finally agreed to let us wire money to here upon arriving back home in the US then two days later proceeds to threaten calling customs on us! We were harassed for payment for the remainder of our 3 weeks left of our honeymoon in Europe until finally giving us an option to pay via PayPal. This was an awful, terrible experience. We had no issues with any other B&B throughout Europe. NEVER WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

The real terrible experience was for us. In fact you didn't pay by credit card on Sunday morning, when I was there to allow you this kind of payment, because you were hurry to go to Formula 1 in Monza; at the check out I was not there (I was at work) and we asked you to pay by cash, but you didn't want to take cashes from the local bank. We accorded about a bank transfer at your coming back in United States in the 21st September. We waited for some days but the payment didn't arrived, so we were forced to contact you asking about it, and your reply was "it's not our priority". This is not a good way to relate with someone who accomodate you for 4days in his propriety, belived in your honesty, also not knowing you. The payment arrived only on the 10th October, after several demands. For you was a journey, for us was work. It should be more respect for our position. Best Regards

Beautiful B&B in the foothills spectacular views
a beautiful setting with spectacular views from a truly elevated position , the property is charming and the hostess was lovely, pleasant without being overbearing My self and my son shared a lovely room with a king sized bed and a double sofa bed which was comfortable , the bathroom facilities were exceptionally clean and we had sole uswe would definately go again, but one word of warning the drive upto the property is up a steep road with fab corners ( if you like hairpins its great) .
