«The staff was helpful except that they can't keep the minimal order to allow you to sleep at night . I have never been in such a noisy place . The building pictures are deceiving, the street was dirty and looked abandoned . Is just a cheap place . I choose it looking for something in the historical center with reasonable time to get to the airport early in the morning . I didn't expect to lose hours of sleep while gaining 15 more minutes on the road .»

«Very simple hotel. The cleaning was not great. A spider in the room when we checked in. Would not provide a towel for washing our hands. Ants in the bathroom, and the roof seemed like it was going to fall down any minute. The fridge smelled funny. Extremely noisy and bad noise isolation, could here every word some one where saying outside. The staff was alright, didn’t speak English and did not greet you when you came in. Be aware that you have to leave the key in the reception in order for it ...

«Todo funcionó bien como siempre, lo único que no me gusto fue que la habitación no tenía nevera la pedí en recepción y la iban a poder hasta el último día que estuve nunca llevaron.»

«Worst hotel, stay from Expedia ever! NO hot water! No shower heads on the pipes. Loud parties at night! No soundproof rooms! Traffic noise 24/7. No handles on balcony doors cause wind tunnel for hot wind from outside. Breakfast not buffet and very skimpy. Restaurant only open for lunch. Diarrea twice from lunch. No cheap restaurants in walking distance. Laundry service heavily overcharged. Completely understaffed. Management/ownership never responded to calls and emails from Expedia and me.WORST ...

«El proximo año regreso me encanto. 👍👍👍👍»

«Very nice hotel! The service was excellent and the staff always responded with great service and a smile. The pool area was often in the shadow, and the pool was designed for adults, not for kid’s play. »

«Nice garden. Great room. Friendly staff. Delicious food. »

«They were all so friendly. They helped me alot. This was my first time out of the country. Very pleasant family.»

«Avoid like the plague!!! I was denied the check in because they state that are not working with hotels.com and demanded £140 for 2 nights. we founded ourselves in the position to find another extortionate hotel in the carnaval period. The hotel is a favela guarded by an armed security.»
