From the very first email and text messages, we knew this stay would be something special. Paul was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and refreshingly honest—so much so that he felt more like a friend than a host before we even arrived. Every question we had was answered quickly and thoroughly, which made planning effortless.The home itself was immaculate and exactly as described—beautiful, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. It truly felt like a place designed for relaxing without a single worry. On the rare occasion that anything came up, Patrick, the house manager, handled it immediately, and his wife—who helps care for the home—was equally kind and wonderful. The entire team, from the pool service to the landscapers, was warm, professional, and a pleasure to interact with.The property is absolutely stunning, and the backyard exceeded our expectations—it was everything we had hoped for and more. Truly, the only minor drawback was the presence of flies, which, from what we learned, is simply part of island life in Exuma and not specific to this property. Paul has already taken thoughtful steps to manage this with fly traps placed around the yard, and they do help quite a bit.If anything, a small addition like the subtle burning candles you often see at restaurants might help even more on still days. But OVERALL, our trip was seamless, beautiful, and genuinely one of the best stays we’ve had. We would return in a heartbeat.
