The 70" Smart TV in the master bedroom keeps everyone entertained downstairs too.

The covered front porch is quintessential small-town Oregon — a perfect spot for morning coffee while watching downtown Rogue River wake up. The back deck with hot tub and fire pit gives you total privacy. The Rogue River itself is an 8-minute walk away, with hiking trails, fishing, and kayak access.

The main floor flows from a comfortable living room through a fully equipped kitchen to the back deck. Three bedrooms are spread across the main floor and loft, each with a queen bed and fresh linens. One full bathroom serves the house.
