The space
There is also an open deck with a gas grill and side burner. There is a hammock and chairs for the sunny side and in shade.
You will love the upscale kitchen with granite countertops, an island, mood lighting and art!
The queen bed is close to the bathroom, has storage under-bed and a closet with a queen air bed usable for a 3rd guest, when needed.
The bathroom has a soaking tub, shower, plus closet with washer & dryer. The water heater is large and nearby in this closet.
The owner’s art is displayed within, while outside, the predominant sounds are of birds and whispering pines.
Guest access:
You will have the entire area above the garage, plus the parking space allotted for the apartment. The shop below is off-limits, but owner will only use it when guests are not present.
A lockbox with the key is located on lower level garage single door.
