Bricco Neri - Grinzane Cavour

At the top of the hill of Valgaia, where the view extends 360° over the Langhe, the Alta Langa and up to the Alpine chain, the Grinzane Cavour suite welcomes you in a cleverly restored exposed brick farmhouse. It is the ideal retreat for two: total privacy, authentic silence and the wine landscape, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, which begins right outside the window.
Dedicated to Camillo Cavour - the architect of the Unification of Italy, long mayor of nearby Grinzane - the suite combines Piedmontese tradition with contemporary comfort: beamed ceilings, herringbone oak floors, an ancient arched brick niche and delicate floral wallpapers.
The open-space environment includes a bright double bedroom with panoramic views and a fully equipped kitchenette (induction hob, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster): perfect for a breakfast with a view or an informal dinner returning from tastings. The private bathroom , finished with cement tiles and copper details, offers a large walk-in shower with rain shower.
The stay is completed by a totally independent entrance with independent check-in , hot/cold air conditioning and private parking inside the property .
Strategic position in the heart of wine: Diano d'Alba 5 minutes away, Alba 10 minutes away, Barolo and La Morra 15 minutes away, Barbaresco 20 minutes away. All around: historic cellars, truffles, Piedmont IGP hazelnuts and some of the most beautiful villages in Italy. An incomparable starting point for experiencing the Langhe.

City Tax: € 1,50 per person per night to pay at check-in starting from 1 nights for a maximum of 10 nights

Maximum 2 guests (as per booking).
Check-in from 15:00 to 20:00 · Check-out before 10:00. We are flexible on request: just contact the staff.
Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
No parties or events.
Pets are allowed , subject to prior declaration at the time of booking. We ask you to bring everything necessary for the management of your animal; alternatively you can buy it from us.
Respect the silence from 22:00 to 8:00: we are in a quiet and residential environment.
Use the kitchenette carefully and leave it clean after use (induction cooktop: suitable pots only).
Turn off the air conditioner, lights and close windows when you go out .
Separate waste according to the instructions available at home.
Treat the accommodation and the furnishings with care: any damage must be reported promptly.
Park only in the hotel's dedicated private spaces.

According to Italian law (Art. 109 TULPS), it is mandatory to show the identity documents (passport or identity card) of all guests upon check-in for transmission to the Public Security authorities. In case of refusal, it will not be legally possible to check in. In addition, you will be required to sign a contract, as required by Italian law.
