The space

Inside the dazzling interior of this retreat, you will enjoy gathering together in the large living room, full kitchen, and family entertainment room. Rest assured that this home has everything you need to keep everyone happy. Each of the five bedrooms boasts TVs, ample sprawling space, and plenty of natural light. Additional interior perks include a washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, a pool table, and of course, the lovely screened-in porch where sunrises and sunsets can be enjoyed daily.

The pool is open seasonally from April through the first week of October. Dates are subject to change.

Parking notes: There is free parking for 5 vehicles.

Pool Heating: 2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD60 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Host after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
