Waterfront 3 bed, 3 bath home w/quiet cove location

Lakeside home on mile marker 5 with 3 levels, 2 large decks, 2 living rooms, kitchen, boat dock/slip and 3 bathrooms. Sleeps 12 comfortably! The home sits at the back of a cove so there is calm water excellent for swimming off the dock. We request 25 years or older to book to stay at our house.

The space
This house offers spaces to relax both inside and out with great views of the lake. The top level includes the master bedroom, full bathroom with private bath/shower and second bedroom. The main floor includes a full kitchen, living room with two couches, smart tv with cable, bathroom/shower and walkout deck and charcoal grill. The kitchen is fully stocked with coffee pot for ground coffee, microwave, toaster, pots, pans, dishes and silverware. The basement includes a bedroom, living room with fireplace, two couches and a futon, full bathroom/shower, washer and dryer and walkout deck. Each bedroom includes dressers and closet. The dock can hold a 24 ft pontoon as well as offers uncovered boat parking on each side of the slip and a ladder for swimming by the dock. We have a fire pit down by the water(we do not provide fire wood.) Parking is available for 5-vehicles. Shampoo, dish soap, hand soap and bars of soap are provided along with wifi and 3 Smart TV’s and a few games available for kids and adults. This is a quiet neighborhood at the end of a cal de sac and we definitely want our guesst to have a great time and enjoy all the location has to offer. With this said, it’s important to us that we are respectful to our neighbors and know this is not a house for loud out door music and late night parties.
