Eclipse trip to Dallas.
We had a fabulous stay, thank you. Everything was excellent. Of particular note: the kitchen was very well stocked with equipment; the lounge areas were very comfortable; the beds were also very comfortable; the pool was a little chilly, but in April I did not expect any different, but fantastic; and the grounds offer a lot of space. Nieces wedding
We stayed here for our nieces wedding at a nearby venue. The location was great and was accessible to anywhere we needed to go. The house was starting to show its age, but it still did its job. We had plenty of room to spread out and it could easily host a large group. Overall it was exactly what we needed and we had a great stay.

Perfect location for Women's Retreat

Perfect For Wedding Weekend
Great location near our daughters wedding venue. Everyone had a private bedroom and plenty of bathrooms! The living room, great room & kitchen were perfect for family to gather & celebrate in a warm cozy setting. Communication with Carol was always quick & easy. Lunch at Rosini Vineyard was delicious and was decorated with awesome Halloween decor! Carol is the perfect host both at the home and the vineyard!

Fun, relaxing, enjoyable stay.
We had a great time. The house with 5 bedrooms and baths was perfect for our cousin reunion. The house is located where we were close to everything we planned for outings—a concert in Terrell, sailboat ride on Lake Ray Hubbard. Eating at good restaurants at the Rockwall Harbor. Wine tasting and delicious food at Rosini’s Winery which is close to the house. Highly recommend. Just be sure to get the owner’s cell phone # or lock box code before checking in.👍👍

Perfect Girls Trip
The house is amazing and huge. Way better in person than even the website shows. Absolutely perfect girls weekend. You can walk up the driveway for a wine tasting and great dinner outside or inside at the cute venue. Also Friday night live music was great. Carol, the host, was amazing for everything. Super friendly and went above and beyond. Can’t wait to visit again.

Great for a big family
This house has plenty of room for a big family. We stayed because our son was getting married at a venue near by. It was perfect. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, so zero stress when everyone was getting ready. We were disappointed we didn’t get to use the pool, the weather simply didn’t cooperate! Highly recommend this rental. Exactly as it appears online and what little communication we had with the owner was quick and easy.

Comfort, Convenience, Celebration
This was our third time to stay at Rosini Ranch . . . what fun was had by all. The house is kept neat and tidy. The layout of the home provides for privacy and togetherness. The pool is large and inviting and was enjoyed by all. The kitchen is conveniently situated for togetherness as meals are prepared. Many books and games abound in the library. Carol is always available when questions arise and provides immediate answers. The privacy of the property and yet accessibility to restaurants, grocery stores, many shopping areas, and, of course, donut shops makes it a perfect spot to gather. We look forward to the next time.

What a delightful place to stay!
This is a well-appointed house with two lovely master bedrooms, each a private bathroom, and two smaller bedrooms with a shared (and small) bathroom. The pool is nice but only has two lounge chairs and doesn’t come with floats or any other pool supplies we could find. We only had very minor maintenance-related issues, including some trash/items left by a previous occupant. We also enjoyed the complimentary wine tastings that came with the rental and were a little surprised that the owner, who also owns the vineyard next door, didn’t choose to leave a bottle for us on arrival (it was not in the listing...just an idea for your next guests). Other than that, this was a perfect place to stay. The owners are wonderful and responsive. We’ll definitely stay here the next time we’re in the area with a group.

Great overall trip
We arrived on Saturday at 3pm, and we’re very happy to see the home was nice and secluded, very well air conditioned, and clean. Beds were comfortable, pool was heated. We will definitely be back, but there were some issues. One night the freezer went out in the fridge and we lost a bit of food, then the dishwasher stopped working. the winery was also closed everyday we were there, so we couldn’t take advantage of that. The worst part was Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday there was people working on the home. 9am-1pm on Tuesday the lawn care was mowing, Wednesday the lawn care was there from 9-1pm, and the pool cleaners came at 11:30 and informed us we couldn’t use the pool as were were walking outside to go swimming. After the pool cleaner came and left the lawn care blew all of the grass into the pool including ants. And Thursday when we were leaving once again at 9am there were motors outside doing more lawn care.

Great place to stay!
We rented this property for part of our wedding party and rehearsal dinner since we are from out of state. It was all around a great experience! The house+property itself are stunning as well as the winery towards the front. The owners are awesome and have great communication! We catered our rehearsal through their winery (Rosini Winery) and everyone loved it. My mother in law&bridesmaids loved their wines as well. Sunday brunch for the morning after the wedding was perfect (mimosas&breakfast food, YUM!) We will definitely be visiting again whenever we're in Texas.

This house was absolutely amazing, very spacious, many amenities. Close to all stores and restaurants. 2 very large Master Bedrooms which was perfect for us, my son and wife stayed upstairs in that master with their 7 month old baby. This has a TV room attached which was perfect for the baby at night.

Fabulous !!!
I had out of town family stay here while they were in town for my daughter’s wedding. We were pleasantly surprised as the pictures don’t do it justice. Both master bedrooms were really very nice, upstairs has its own sitting room, balcony and thermostat! The other two bedrooms upstairs share a bath. There are two living rooms abd the dining table was big enough for all eight of us to sit at and play a game together. One of the best parts was being able to go to the restaurant at the Vineyard. We were able to walk which was nice when we didn’t want to get out. The food is great! I highly recommend! Unfortunately, it was too cool to use the pool.

Christmas and a wedding!
This was the perfect place for our extended family to stay as we traveled in from all over for our daughter's wedding at the The Springs Event venue in Rockwall. We were able to have a family Christmas, prep food for the wedding reception, and just enjoy each other's company for the long weekend! Some went up to the winery and enjoyed tastings and bought wine. Was perfect!

Family Reunion
Many large clean spaces to enjoy each other. Carol provides a large selection of books, games, movies, for children and adults to enjoy together. The swimming pool was a favorite spot. This was a return visit for our family.

There were 8 of us and the house was so comfortable. It was big enough that we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. We had problems getting the ice maker to work but we just bought ice. Overall it was a great weekend.

Engagement party weekend
Rossini Vineyard was the PERFECT location to host our daughter’s engagement party! My immediate family and my daughter’s new in laws stayed at the house which gave us time to prepare the place for the party. We hosted 75-80 ppl, and the backyard offered plenty of shade during the heat wave we were experiencing. Carol was so gracious and responsive to my questions! Even when one of the air conditioning units went out, it was fixed within 1 1/2 hrs. The boys enjoyed fishing in the catch and release pond. In conclusion, whether you’re looking for a relaxing weekend away or hosting a party, I HIGHLY recommend Rosini Vineyard Ranch House!!!

Family staycation
Great property and home. Very spacious house with two masters that made the trip very convenient. Pool was in great condition and kids (and adults)enjoyed it. Kitchen and house had most amenities that would be needed. The grill is a charcoal grill (not propane) and didn’t see any charcoal so we couldn’t grill but that was not a huge deal. As a bonus (since we stayed 4th of July weekend) we were able to see the firework show from the pool. Great spot would recommend and stay again.

Wonderful Stay
We were in Texas for the wedding of our daughter, this home was wonderful. As stated in other reviews, the photos don’t do it justice. A perfect setup with privacy for everyone. The pool was just what we needed in the Texas summer heat. The house was well stocked and very clean. I’d highly recommend renting this home. We’re glad we did, it made for a perfect stay while we enjoyed one of the most important days of our lives.

Perfect spot to gather
Every year I rent a house for my now 5yr old’s bday for everyone to gather and swim. This year, everyone loved the Rosini house! The pool and yard were perfect for playing, flying kites and exploring. The layout allowed everyone to gather and have some space if they needed it. 3 bedrooms upstairs, 2 baths, plus a media room off the master that is closed off and could be a separate bedroom. The 2nd master downstairs gave my parents a nice retreat at the end of a busy day. In addition to the en-suite for that room, the separate full bath and half pool bath downstairs gave lots of options when someone tiny immediately needed to “go potty.” We all enjoyed walking up to the winery for a wine tasting one day. While we were there we got to meet Greg and Carol and hear more about their story. Anytime we had a question, they responded immediately and were very helpful. The house was well stocked - we made pancakes one morning but otherwise mostly ordered delivery because we were so busy swimming and having fun. This house would be perfect for family, a girls weekend or any other group. We are looking forward to when we can book and visit again!

Wedding weekend
The house fit us perfectly. Downstairs master for grandparents of the groom, upstairs master for the parents of the groom and brother of the groom. 2 other bedrooms for cousins and aunt and uncle. Plenty of bathrooms. Pool was a great place to relax. Garage parking was a nice surprise. And because we all came at different times the large parking pad gave us plenty of space for all of our vehicles. Only negative, and not just this property, is lack of seating for entire group in one living area.

What a great getaway
Our ladies book club gathered here to eat, relax and float in the pool. We used every inch of this gorgeous home. Everything we needed was in a book for us. The home was well stocked and we only needed ice since the ice maker was broken. The pool has different color LED lights that made night swimming fun too. The ladies are already planning our stay next year.

Wedding Stay
We had a wonderful stay at this property. Plenty of room for 7 adults you never felt crowded. Enjoyed coffee on the porch in the morning and relaxing by the pool later in the day. I would highly recommend this place.

Great property.
This is a great property. the following suggestions would make it a 5+ star rental. Get rid of the black beetles and small ants in the house, provide a gas grill for the patio and install cable or satellite tv. Thank you for sharing your house. Sorry we did not get a chance to experience the free wine tasting .

I am so sorry for the beetles. My pest control company cancelled on me the last minute, so I had to spray myself. With all the pasture land the bugs can be a challenge at times if my pest company doesn't stay on top of it. Please let me know where you saw ants so I can address that issue. Thank you
