If u come here for their amenities don’t we were told to get out of the pool without a reason thirty mins before it closed even though there was six of us in the area when we asked front desk they didn’t know why and told us the engineer can do whatever he wants and we booked for the pool and didn’t try to make it right … We waited for all the kids to leave to enjoy it then get told to leave this place is a joke

Good location if visiting someone at the hospital
Could t get the room to keep a good temp. Was too hot then too cold. Kept waking up every 70 minutes. Miserable. The hotel also had a huge conference going on so at night the lobby was full of finance bros drinking and being obnoxious. Not their fault on that one, just made it less enjoyable

I booked this through Expedia and when I checked in the front desk clerk confirm that but yet Hilton billed me double for this room, so Expedia billed me and so did Hilton and now the Hilton is telling me it’s gonna take seven days before I get a credit on my credit card The overall facilities were fine. Unfortunately the elevators were all broken, which I find hard to believe but they had a large group of kids staying there so more than one elevator was out of service, and I had to drag my three bags up for flights of stairs. it’s not a big deal, but when I called downstairs to ask for an additional blanket, they wanted me to come back down and get it myself, thank you anyway for your service

I had a wonderful stay at this Hilton while I was visiting a friend who was unexpectedly in the hospital. It's a nice 10 minute walk to the hospital as well as many shops and restaurants, so I didn't have to drive anywhere. Breakfast was great but wish it was included. Staff was wonderful, and DJ really helped me out when I asked. Would recommend to anyone.

Elevator was down for three days Room was not cleaned and I was not told to inform the staff for cleaning Cart to carry my suitcases was broken TV was not working and we had to get the staff to fix it
