I recently stayed at Ramada Inn this weekend, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience.
First and most importantly, there was no hot water during my stay. On top of that, the water pressure was extremely low, which made showering even more frustrating. After a long day, the least you expect from a hotel is a decent hot shower, and that basic necessity wasn’t provided. It made the stay very uncomfortable.
The bathroom was extremely small and cramped, making it difficult to move around comfortably. It did not feel accommodating or relaxing at all.
To make matters worse, the front desk staff was very rude and unprofessional. Instead of being helpful when concerns were raised, the attitude I received made the situation even more upsetting.
Overall, this was an awful experience. Between the lack of hot water, poor water pressure, the tiny bathroom, and the unacceptable customer service, I would not recommend staying here. I truly expected much better.
