A private boat slip is available for guests to use. The fenced yard provides added privacy, and the observation deck offers stunning views. An outdoor shower is also available for your convenience.

Once you're here, downtown Rockport, with its shops and restaurants, is just a quick drive, and Rockport Beach is also easily accessible.
