Check-in was confusing and impersonal. Even though there were two people standing at the desk, I was directed to use a kiosk with a remote agent on a screen who was very difficult to understand. Not a great first impression.
I got to my room and found the bed rock hard, but I figured, fine, it wasn’t expensive. I’d deal with it.
The next morning, there was no hot water. I was told it would be “fixed,” but I was not offered another room or any accommodation. I was essentially expected to leave for the day without being able to shower. When I returned later, the hot water was working again, but the lack of concern or effort to help was frustrating.
That night was even worse. Around 1 AM, someone was knocking on my window. Then at 5:30 AM, someone went down the hallway knocking on every door. It was loud, unsettling, and completely unacceptable.
Between the uncomfortable bed, lack of hot water, noise disturbances, and poor customer service, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.
I requested a refund for the night with no hot water and never received a response.
I would not recommend staying here.
