The house was clean, very nice. The kids loved the pond and trampoline, and my husband and I found the hot tub perfect for after a day of hiking in the hills. The kitchen was well- equipped and there was plenty of space in the dining room for all 7 of us to enjoy dinners and games. Communication was excellent, everything was exactly as advertised.

Add said canoe/kayak. There was none. The smell was bad in the house. Very musty. Day one minimal water pressure. Unable to shower and toilet super slow to fill the tank so it could be flushed. The maint man fixed it the next day but the smell from the basement was horrid. I peeked and the basement was soaking wet. The guy tracked mud from the basement all over the kitchen. Not his fault. Guess we know why the house smelled. The air does not reach the second floor so to hot to use. The stairs were super steep and not safe for us older ladies. A window air conditioner would be nice. The outside of the house is run down but inside nice. The flipper did an average job, lots of visual mistakes. We paid a premium price for this place and it was not worth it. The manager was helpful getting issues resolved but it stinks and was over priced for what we got.
