Unit’s kitchen wasn’t clean
The kitchen was not clean on the floor, counter, or refrigerator. Also we never received entry instructions until we communicated to them last minute. Interesting my card was fully charged back in August. Won’t be staying there again

The property was decent, had a nice sized kitchen, dining and seating area for family of 5. They provided some beach toys and Xbox. My issue is that when I reserved the place through Expedia, I was able to select a unit that had enough beds for everyone in my family. I had the confirmation email doe that specific unit. However, 2 days prior to my trip, I learned that unit was already occupied. So we ended up in a unit that did not have enough beds for everyone. I feel that, if there is the option to select a particular unit during reservation, then that is the unit that should be provided, because I chose it for a reason. Other than that issue, communication was good and location of the place was great - right off the beach.

The place was so close to the beach - path right out the property’s front doors. It also had assigned, covered parking with an ELEVATOR to the parking!! That made loading and unloading wash and efficient. If you have a super tall or oversized vehicle, it might be a bit tight/not fit (we drive a big transit van), but so convenient when parking is short during holiday weekends. Place was clean, had super efficient and fast washer/dryer, dishes, towels, very nice. Our family was so comfortable here.

Relaxing, great stay
Very comfortable & clean. Beach access across the street. Big kitchen and bathrooms nice. Bedroom windows look out on hallway. Keeps the bedrooms dark & nice for sleeping in, but if a view from your bedroom is important, you're out of luck. Comfy beds though. Front room blinds would be nicer if they opened from the top so there's a little provacy from the street traffic (mostly just people walking).

This property was beautifully furnished and the ocean was visible from the balcony and could be viewed through the living room windows. You could hear the waves lapping onto the beach and the birds calling as they searched for food. Everything needed was provided. The kitchen provided expected amount of dinnerware, cooking utensils, pots and pans as well as dish soap and dishwasher detergent. The restrooms had all of the needed soap, shampoo, wash towels and rags. The bedrooms had plenty of linen and extra linen in the closets. The washer and dryer had the necessary detergent and fabric softeners. There were XBOX games systems and game DVDs as well as movie DVDs and lots of streaming options. What more can you ask for?

Property was amazing. Close to the beach. Very clean and comfortable. Had everything we could need. Photos showed bunk beds, which were not (no longer?) at this location. But still very comfortable, clean beds. Close to most things in Rockaway that we wanted to do. Great experience

Nice visit
This was a nice stay! The house was very very clean, and comfortable which we enjoyed! The only thing I would change could be the lock for the front door... we couldn’t figure out how to lock it, so that was a huge inconvenience... Also not having screens on the windows was not only a huge scare... and we had so many bugs come in. There also is a bird nest right next to the bedrooms... so around 5am the bird loudly hoots over and over again for hours.

Wonderful location for short stay!
Great spot and great comfort. My kids raved about how well they slept on the bunkbeds. Unit was clean and beach is literally only a few steps away. We had a problem with master toilet water not working but that was resolved with an hour and the rest of our day was delightful. We would definitely recommend and stay there in the future!

Great place to hang out, walk on the beach and play board games. Its a good thing we brought our own board games, none in the condo, because the television in the living room wasn't working. They came in to check it out but couldn't fix it.

Oregon Coast getaway
This was a great spot! Right across a small street to the beach. Comfortable stay, plenty of space to spread out. Fun quirky shops and restaurants close by and up and down the coast. Definitely check out Cannon Beach, Tillamook, and take the time to explore nooks and crannys in between.

Wonderful place!
What a great place! Location is central to everything Rockaway has to offer. The room was large enough to have enough space for the whole family to be together but also have some space when needed. The only thing that would have made it better, is some more basic kitchen supplies (salt, pepper, etc.). But that was a minor inconvenience and we left ours for the next guests.

Wish it had a better view, we settled for a partial view but the price was excellent. Lovely unit 5th floor unit, and dog friendly. Walk to town and ocean.

Disappointing
I don’t usually rate places but I thought I would since this place has 9 out of 10 for reviews. First off the pictures are deceiving as this is not right on the beach. It does have beach access close by though. I’m not a very picky person but the place didn’t seem clean to me. It smelled musty and didn’t look like it hadn’t been dusted in a while. Back porch had spider Webbs, spiders and very dirty. Couldn’t spend anytime out there. towell rack in bathroom broke and laying on the floor. Closet door hanging off the hinges. Needless to say I my wife won’t be letting me book any 9 star places again. The good- Queen bed was very comfortable Easy walking to down town I wouldn't recommend this place.

We take pride in making sure all of our guests experience a clean and comfortable stay. We take your concerns very seriously and are having our maintenance and cleaning staff look into the issues you brought to our attention. I also apologize that you were disappointed with the type of unit, but we didn't advertise that this was a beachfront unit and priced it accordingly. We are happy you found our new mattress to be comfortable and enjoyed the short walk to town as well as the easy access to the beach across the street.

Great place to stay!
I stay in alot of hotels in condos all over the place for work and this place was amazing. Very nice place! Great condo, great size, great comfort, very clean, great atmosphere. Just a couple notes on things that weren't "great". There is a parking garage and if you drive a big truck, good luck fitting it in there. We did it but required "spotters" every time we came in and out to watch the clearance and then all corners as you made your 360 point turn to get into parking spots. Parking spots are assigned however so I always had the same one. Only access to your room is through the parking garage. Also, I realize its Oregon coast and doesnt get super hot, but the room had zero ac that I could find and just prefer to have my room a little cooler than it was, but we opened windows in the evening and cooled it off to an acceptable temp. I will definitely be looking to stay here again the next time I go out, just hopefully drive a different vehicle next time.

Great condo in a great location. Kitchen could have been better stocked (no wine opener??), but we made do. I would absolutely stay here again.

The unit projected a nice first impression, but it was short lived. There were long black hairs all over both bathroom floors. The sheets on the bed had large stains. The master bed was only a full size bed and extremely uncomfortable. The batteries were dead in the remotefor the master bedroom tv. The spectacular ocean view was only a peek around other buildings in front of it. The small balcony looked directly into other vacation rentals bedrooms. The entance doors were difficult to use. Overall, for the amount of money it was way over priced for what it offered.

We are sorry to hear you were dissatisfied during your recent stay with us. We have addressed your review with our cleaning staff as your experience is not inline with our typically high standards for cleanliness. The bed in the master bedroom is a queen and the linens were purchased less than 2 months ago. We will make sure our cleaning staff does a thorough job to check for any issues in the future. As stated in our check-in instructions, the door locks do require two steps (entering the code provided and then turning the deadbolt to enter). We realize the deadbolt system we use does add an extra step to entering our units so we apologize if you found this security feature to not be user friendly. We competitively price our luxury condo units to give our guests the best value possible. We are sorry again, and thank you for taking the time to let us know about your concerns so we can address them.

An absolute hidden jem! Walk to everything in town including the beach! Fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean and smell of a bonfire. This place is great. Plenty of room for our whole family of five. Great sized kitchen for cooking anything you want with tons room for family and all the guests. Off street parking x2 and an elevator make moving in/out a breeze and company will always have a spot! I went to highschool in Rockaway and vist many times per year. We have stayed in just about every property there is in town and out. From the beachfront bungalows to the big houses up on the hill. This place beats them all. You better book before I do again! You won't be disappointed.

A nice play to stay in Rockaway beach.
Unit 31 is on the corner with ocean view. It's very clean. There is a portable AC unit but we never have to use it. The kitchen is nice, granite counter and stainless steel appliances. Some colored towels should be replaced as it seems to have been bleached accidentally. Limited choice of places to eat on Tuesday and many close at 8 or 9pm. Construction of a new Condo unit across the street was the wakeup call every morning. Overall a great relaxing stay.

I'm glad we had two assigned spots to park in as it provided lots of room for loading/unloading. Great condo. Clean and comfortable. Even the sofa was super great to relax/sleep on when you weren't enjoying the view from the sofa. This is not a ocean facing unit so there is some road noise but it isn't too bad. We travelled as a family of 6 and it all worked out. Walking distance to town and more importantly, walking to the beach. Totally worth it.
