I booked this for my wife and her mom. When they checked in they got to the room and and the key cards did not work. Had to find a place for her mom to sit as they were on third floor so she could go back to front desk to get new key cards made. Got back to go into room and it was dirty and smelled really bad so she had to go back down and ask for a new room! My wife said the staff handled it very professionally and got them set up in a new room. After checking in, my wife went to the pool and it was as nasty, she said there were clumps of hair sitting in the pool, gross, she has pictures. Also, they were to send her a text for parking and she didn’t get it but was told not to worry about it and gave her a ticket to scan. They put in the wrong phone number so that is why she did not get said text. When they checked out and leaving the parking garage, it said she owed $76 for not leaving before 3:00pm. None of this was relayed to her and maybe if she would have recieved the text she might have known. They chose this hotel as it is right across from the Mayo Clinic for her moms appointments that day. She had to go back in to dispute the parking charge! Staff handled respectfully but very poor property.
