The host was great at communication. Unfortunately there was an unpredictable situation that happened which prevented me from staying but our host was great. They reached out and offered an alternative property which was above and beyond what they needed to do. Because of that, they will get our stay every time we come to town. This was the best interaction I've had with a host.

The property was spacious and comfortable. We stayed a week to move our children into their dorms and get th settled. The location was convenient for going back and forth to campus and visiting family locally. The few nits we encountered are not worth mentioning, easily overcome and would not impact booking this property again. I would recommend this property to anyone with a larger family looking for somewhere quiet and safe to stay in the city. Check- in was easy and the owners instruction and communication was excellent.

There were a lot of concerns. Outreached to the person, who offered to get cleaning service but that wasn’t the main issue. There was safety issues and concerns that had come up. Host wasn’t easily accessible, responded 18 hours later.Hey, a few things that are concerning. Some of the safety concerns we have. The deadbolt doesn’t seem to close on front door. We aren’t finding a smoke detector, which is listed that there is one, we haven’t seen one, we saw a spot above bathroom looks like it might have been. We haven’t seen a carbon monoxide(maybe somewhere I haven’t seen) A lot of the blinds in the living room are missing, so we aren’t able to have privacy. The microwave handle is broken. The fridge handles are loose. The house isn’t very clean in different areas. We went out to buy cleaning supplies because we need kitchen to be clean. There are cobwebs in a lot of corners on the ceiling, hair and a dead fly in a bathroom floor. There are some spots on the floor that look like someone spilled something.A few other things that have come up, is drain flies are in the smaller bathroom, an electric outlet plate fell off in a bedroom.Kitchen Sink Disposal doesn’t work, and kitchen sink backs up. Lights in dinning area are out and one bathroom aren’t fully working Kitchen chair legs wobbly and stained covers. Very unsafe and limited the amount of seating for people. Outdoor seating a lot of it’s broken
