In the courtyard of the old village school, come and stay in a small house completely renovated in 2024. Comfortable, bright and modern, this cottage near Angers is entirely on one level and has 2 bedrooms.

The town of Rochefort is 20 minutes from Angers and 1 hour from Saumur. The castles of Serrant and Brissac are also 20 minutes away. The Loire is 2km away. You will be located in the Anjou-Saumur vineyard.

Inside, the colors are soft and pleasant. The main room of 24m² offers a small fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for 4 people and a living room with television. Small bedroom of 9 m² with 2 beds of 90x190cm and a bedroom of 12m² with a bed of 140x190cm. Both bedrooms have a clear view of the garden without any vis-à-vis. The beds are made on your arrival. Shower room and separate toilet.

A courtyard with garden furniture allows you to have your meals outside. Large garden with fruit trees, green spaces in the heart of the village. The garden is shared with the owner, her dog and her cat who also live on site. She will be happy to advise you on excursions to do in the area.

Not to be missed during your stay: the Loire villages of Savennières, Montjean sur Loire, Chalonnes sur Loire and the island of Béhuard. Cruises, guinguettes and walks or bike rides in the vineyards or along the Loire... get into the rhythm of Anjou!

In the village, the shops are accessible on foot within a radius of 200m: pharmacy, bakery, cafes, restaurants, butcher/delicatessen/caterer, mini-market, wine cellar. You will also find in the surroundings many artists who sell their works...

Cycling holiday: the train station is 3.5km away allowing you to make train/bike circuits all along the Loire. Gîte close to the church. Beds made, towels provided. End of stay cleaning optional €50.
