Spacious duplex of approximately 140 m², located on the first floor (no elevator) of a building comprising two apartments: one on the ground floor and the other on the upper floor.
Access to the apartment is via a staircase one meter wide.

- Bedroom 3, located on the upper level (accessible via spiral staircase): attic room suitable for children, with two 90 cm beds

2 bathrooms, including one in the master suite (bedroom 1); hairdryer; 2 separate toilets.

L-shaped balcony-terrace of around ten square meters: 1 table, 4 chairs, 2 deckchairs.

## Access
=> By car:
1 hour 30 minutes from Bordeaux: A10 motorway to Saintes, then A837 to Rochefort.
1 hour 45 minutes from Poitiers: A10 motorway, exit 33 ("Niort Sud, La Rochelle, Rochefort").
2 hours from Nantes: A83 motorway, exit for La Rochelle, then N237 to Rochefort.

=> By train:
Rochefort train station is served by mainline trains and Nouvelle-Aquitaine regional express trains connecting to/from Nantes, La Rochelle, Saintes, Bordeaux, etc.
TGV lines run from Lille, Paris, or Bordeaux to Surgères or La Rochelle stations.

=> By plane: La Rochelle or Bordeaux airports.

=> Public transport:
The town of Rochefort is served by the R’bus public transport network. Rochefort is the starting and ending point for 9 routes (10, including the Sunday service).
TER train + bus service between La Rochelle and Rochefort.

Situated on a busy street, 400m from the free Roy Bry car park.

Parking: In front of the residence (paid); a large car park (Roy Bry—807 spaces, including 15 for people with reduced mobility) is less than a 5-minute walk away.
Bed linen and towels are included; on some platforms, this cost is bundled with the cleaning fee.
