The property provides, free of charge, 1 sun lounger, 1 beach chair with a beach umbrella so you can relax comfortably on the beach, and two adult bicycles.

The accommodations are located 5 km from the beach and the beautiful Costa dei Trabocchi/greenway (bike path). It is well-ventilated, bright (and can be completely darkened if needed), and equipped with all the amenities you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation.

In addition to the double bed with storage (with a 160x190 H20 cm mattress), the furnishings also include a comfortable, state-of-the-art sofa bed (with an 80x200 H17 cm memory foam mattress) and an armchair (86x86x86 cm).
