«Amazing hotel! This hotel is so cute! The staff was really nice. We had to take a covid test for our next destination and the hotel did all the arrangenments for us. The food was also very very good! We will definetly stay here next time as well!»

«We checked in here when we discovered the original place we had booked was horrible and we could just not stay there. This hotel was a welcome find! I really wish I could remember the lady at the front desk’s name - she was so friendly and helpful, always smiling!! We also had a wonderful massage as well, it was so relaxing!! Special shout out to Jorge who went above and beyond!! We highly recommend this hotel right downtown San Cristobal.»

«Clean room, attentive staff. small insect problem but the manager took care of it immediately and it was resolved for the rest of our stay. Staff English limited but Google Translate made things smooth 😁. If you have any situation or problem, the staff is very attentive, but if you don’t say anything : no solution 😜. «Veldig fint og rent rom. Bra med aircondition og god dusj. Praktisk plassering med 20 minutter å gå til fergekaia og få minutter til andre områder i sentrum. Eneste lille minuset på komfort er at det var litt lytt, så var litt bråkete på nattes tid.»
