Hoteller i Robinsonville - Tunica

«Great staff and services. The only issue is the hotel is dated. Getting rid of the carpet would be a great start. Also, I couldn’t log into Netflix. Plus, I would’ve appreciated some lotion, a shower cap & blow dryer in the room. The free breakfast, dinner & happy hour is a plus. On top of the staff was extremely nice. The location is good as well. Parking lot could use an update though. Overall, it wasn’t bad »

«I’m not sure what happened to this place but it’s gone down pretty bad. The lady at the front desk who checked me in was nice but the other ladies at the desk were rude. The room was filthy. Dust all around the baseboards and lamps. It smelled of smoke even though it was a non smoking room. I wasn’t comfortable even sleeping nor bathing in there. The elevator was broken the entire stay. It was a complete mess. The only good thing was breakfast. The buffet is very good and the staff in there ...

«It just wasn’t my type of place to stay»

«Staff was not very helpful. They just pushed you on to the next person who “might” be coming in later but then they didn’t. Most of the time there wasn’t even anyone at the desk. Phone was not connected in room and was told they were being worked on but then realized it was simply unplugged. And the pool water did not look clean, which was something that I really wanted to do. The hot tub was empty. TV was dark and I asked for help and a guy that came in just acted like there was nothing ...

«I love the location because I like to shop. Dillard’s within same square, close to outlet mall, can take back road to outlet without getting back on freeway. Movie theater across the street, trampoline park in square if you have kids. Several places to eat within the square and across the street. Walmart also close to hotel. We always stay here and drive to Memphis, it’s a quiet location. We also prefer to drive to Tunica and come back to this hotel.»
