I was very happy with the hotel outside of the fact that I booked a premium king suite with ocean view which I verified with staff. When I arrived to the room I noted that there were two double maybe full sized beds. When I alerted staff they simply stated my room selection was not guaranteed because I booked with Expedia even though front desk staff stated moments earlier that was the room I was to receive.

Very close to everything...great restaurants....the ferry dock is close by too. The rooms were clean and large, and the air conditioning was really nice. A musical group outside was still too loud on the 4th floor. The staff was helpful at times, but some were not friendly. We weren't there when a cruise ship was docked, but can imagine it is very crowded in the streets.

Check in… very hard to interact with front desk staff due to the protective window in place that had a very small hole so hearing one another was very difficult. Luggage cart had deflated wheels so very hard to use. Shower drain had no plug so open to pipes which looked gross. Food at onsite restaurant was great and servers vey friendly.

Very beautiful and safe setting close to everything- great shops and restaurants- only issue is the front desk people are hard to hear thru the very large plexiglass setting and they are not there 24/7

The rooms were very spacious and clean. I was impressed when I saw a small sewing kit in the bathroom. Everyone was friendly. Especially Jessie at the restaurant. Hotel was also very close to the ferry terminal and it was a quick walk to the hotel. I absolutely love it there and I will be back

Close to Ferry dock and Cruise terminal... Safe area to walk around with good restaurants close by. Car rental on property, nice pool and friendly staff.

Very happy w Maria’s. I booked based on other good reviews. My room was on par with many business hotels I’ve stayed at in major US cities. It’s a short walk from the ferry terminal and close to many restaurants. It was very convenient after a long day of travel before picking up a charter boat. Definitely would stay again.

The ac stop working during the night. I call to see if someone can come and assist they was nobody to assist us. I ask the security guy he say there is nobody in here to help me with that. The room that I booked was not the room that i received because they they ain had the room that I pay for available.

The only reason I gave a 4 star for property facilities is because I ate at their restaurant and ordered a chicken ceaser salad and it came completely wet and soggy with chicken on top. Never eaten a ceaser salad like that. Other than that the stay was good. Just the food I tried I did not like.
