«One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in! Small hotel in a rehabilitated old palace in the center of Ascoli Piceno. Beautiful! Big nice rooms, good beds. Soft drinks in minibar included. Small spa included, but you must make appointment to use it. Nice breakfast, the location is a winebar serving small dishes at lunch/dinner-time. Brilliant service! They even sent mail before we arrived to tell us how to drive to the hotel - which is DIFFICULT in Ascoli Piceno if you do not know exactely ...

«This was the highlight of our trip!! Such a relaxing and lovely stay, perfectly luxurious without fuss, rustic in decor but also well maintained and very very warm and hospitable hosts, including the two cats and a chicken. The beautiful pool was a lifesaver on a very very hot two day stay, the meals were delicious and breakfasts bountiful. Cannot recommend enough. I was genuinely sad to leave.»
