To start, we got checked into room #118, upon entering the room had the most disgusting stanch of mold and paint! I spoke with a gentlemen at the counter and he followed me back and said that the smell was fresh paint bc the rooms were getting “remodeled” but moved us to room #38, what a difference no smell. The breakfast was mediocre, the orange juice was watered down, the milk was dispensed from a jug, nothing like what other breakfast places offer, the best offerings were the cinnamon rolls. However I was displeased to be told the next morning, after requesting 2 additional towels since we were a party of 4 and the room only had 2, they said unfortunately the had no towels, because they were sold out, and were waiting for everyone to check out so the could wash all the towels. My kids needed showers so my husband and I shared a the hand towels and the damp ones after my kids used the dry ones, so I gave the large towels to our kids. I wouldn’t have paid the amount of money had I known this would have happened. I was better off staying at a motel 8. I wish I could include pics of the work that room needed. I’m surprised it’s owned by such a large chain yet the rooms needed a lot of TLC.
