I liked the convenience of the area. Many food options. Having an electric vehicle, I wish the property had chargers but we did find ONE a few miles away. The room was clean and the easy check in/out with the app was great. We were there for my son's soccer tournament so the breakfast in the morning was a nice feature given our busy schedule.

Let me start, too many teenagers in room, unsupervised, made noise, as if playing basketball, and running in hallways. I reported twice. Noise lasted tell 2:00 am. Power went out, people were stuck in elevator. Eating room buffet was destroyed by too many kids, not enough food. Reported this mess to corporate.

This is a great location; lots of fun things to do nearby. Staff seemed nice. The hotel is nice but there are a few things that could be upgraded. The air conditioner was bit noisy, to the point where I didn’t want to sleep with it on. The blackout curtain was a little messed up but I was able to get it to work a bit of adjusting. Could hear a fair amount of noise from the room upstairs. All in all it was a solid stay.

Our stay was nice. The room, bedding, and bathroom were clean and comfortable. My only complaints are definitely "first-world problems". The digital key was never sent to my phone and the tv remote didn't work well. However, we will more than likely stay here again on our next trip to the area. My son's sports team stays here every year for a competition.
