«La Quinta is a very welcoming place. The staff is fantastic: very responsive and capable in every respect. I have to make special mention of Diego, who greeted me warmly when I arrived and helped me finalize arrangements to visit two local nature preserves. «This was our 2nd stay at La Selva, the first being 20+ years ago. It is a biological research station that hosts tourists to help pay for the work, not a fancy hotel. Meals are cafeteria-style. But if you are up for that, it's a wonderful place to stay and see nature. Guides are great, fellow guests are there for the same reason, there are no crowds. Rooms are clean and comfortable.
