The Space:

Welcome to Cabins in the Clouds!



This beautiful land features the Cabins in the Clouds community! Cabins in the Clouds are tucked away just outside of Chattanooga TN for your own private seclusion when you are finished with your adventure-filled day! On the property, you will find a fire pit and a covered gazebo.



There are five total cabins on property, when you book through this listing you will be renting 4 of the 5 cabins. Cabins 1, 2, 3, & 4 are the cabins you are renting. If you would like to add the fifth cabin to your reservation, message us for the rates.



Each cottage features:

*Private washer and dryer

*TV and internet

*Stocked kitchens

*Living room and dining spaces

*Comfort, privacy, and coziness!



Each cabin has comfortable bedrooms, a charming living area, a well-equipped kitchen, and front porches that are perfect for spending quiet mornings or starry nights. The bedroom and bathroom count of these cabins vary.



-Peak of Perfection Cabin has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

-Scenic Solitude Cabin has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

-Mountain Hideaway Cabin has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

-Adventure Seekers Cabin has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.



With these four cabins you will have sleeping space for up to 24 guests.



The fifth cabin, which can be added to your reservation, sleeps an additional 8 guests. Sweet Seclusion, cabin 5, has four bedrooms and two bathrooms.

It was a great place for our family of 12. We spent some time at the park hiking but was close enough to enjoy adventures in Chattanooga. We also went to Nashville one day. If you have a number of people in your party, it's a great place.

Family Vacation

Overall, I’d recommend this place. We had 10 adults and 6 children ages 2-8. There was plenty of space inside and outside for everyone. As mentioned in some of the other reviews, the kitchens are sparsely stocked and very inconsistent among the 4 cabins. Bring any spices or utensils you will need. There was definitely evidence of active mice - but you’re in the woods, so that comes with the territory. We had a minor maintenance issue and the staff responded promptly and fixed the issue quickly. The beds were comfy (though on the firm side for sure) and a few of the beds are VERY high and may be difficult for some to get into. The a/c works great and kept the cabins comfortable. Though the units could use a facelift and some minor repairs, overall, we had an enjoyable stay! Location is good - about 30 mins from most attractions.

Great stay.

Overall great stay. Perfect for our large family. As warned in the description, the pond level can't be controlled and even after a lot of rain in the preceding week, the pond was more like a puddle. We enjoyed the nearby views, Cloudland Canyon State Park and a day trip to Chattanooga. Cabins were very clean and comfortable but the kitchens are not well stocked.

Pre Christmas Getaway

It started out a little rocky. The first cabin had not been cleaned from the previous guest. However, the host took care of the situation quickly and also gave reimbursement for inconvenience. Overall we had a wonderful time. Each cabin had everything you need in it. They thought of everything. We will definitely stay here again.

Family Thanksgiving

We had a group of 21 and rented all 5 houses on property. The setup is perfect for our family because it allows each family their own house. That said there were a few small things about the house that could be improved. We noticed the interior vents were dirty and it aggravated Family members with lung issues. Also, the kitchens lack sufficient utensils. All can openers need replacing and the cookware in some cases should be trashed as the coating is scratching off. However, the positives far outweighed those small things and we had a great time.

Family 2024 vacation

There were 18 of us that stayed at four of the cabins. It was great to have each family to have their own space but also to be able to join all together at cabin for for supper and games. I love being out in the country away from the noise of the city. The kids had a great time playing in the big yard and roasting Marshmallows For s'mores. There were a few minor repairs that would maybe need to be made on furniture or drawers and we definitely had mouse droppings in one drawer in the kitchen, but you're in the country we can deal with that.

Its on top of the mountain!

We rented 4 out of 5 of the cabins. Had a rustic feel while having wifi and central air. Took the extended family and the kids all loved it. Beds were soft and just a few minutes from the cabin is a national park with 2 waterfalls. So many attractions as well. My mother in law is already talking about coming back

Great place to stay!

We truly enjoyed the property and cabins. We thought the location was amazing and we rented all 5 cabins and had the whole place to ourself. It was super nice it was close to Ruby Falls, Lookout Mountain and Chattanooga. There are a few things I suggest to look into to fix. One thing is cabin 3 the couch was over the vent in which the first night the cabin was cold because the couch covered the living room vent. The second thing is that the TVs had to many remotes and we didn’t know which one controlled which. The last thing is the space heaters didn’t work; we tried all of them and none of them turned on. We followed direction the eventually gave up.

Great for family gatherings!

We did a meet up with my husband's siblings and their families so it was a big group of us. Having the separate cabins and the freedom to congregate in the outdoor space was nice. Cabins were great and air-conditioned cause it was hot! My only complaint is that the grill onsite is tiny!!! Plan to bring your own if you are cooking for more than 4 people! Would definitely recommend this place!

Great Property, we will be back!

The property was exactly as described, and had everything we needed. We brought a group of 32 up for 3 days. Everyone had a place to sleep and plenty of space to cook, shower, etc. Thank you for hosting us!
