The Space:

Welcome to Cabins in the Clouds!



This beautiful land features five private cabins, this listing is for cabin 4 (Peak of Perfection Cabin). On the property, you will find a fire pit and a covered gazebo. You will find adventure, local attractions, and a peaceful environment all right outside of your cabin porch!



Once inside Peak of Perfection Cabin you will find comfort, fun, and relaxation for everyone! Through the front doors, you will find a cozy great room featuring a TV and fireplace, perfect for movie nights with your entire group. Kick back and unwind on the plush sofa, recliner, or rocking chair while flipping through the pages of a new read. In the mornings, sip your first cup of joe at the lovely dining area, or relax on the cabin's large front porch while basking in nature views. In the fully equipped kitchen prepare your group's favorite recipes with all the necessary appliances. All the comforts of home are offered here, including complimentary wireless Internet access, a DVD player, and a private washer/dryer. Right outside of your front door, you will find a large porch facing the peaceful wooded views.



As a hosting family, we strongly believe in making memories wherever you are. That is why we have provided local suggestions so you can enjoy the experience of fully immersing yourself in the local culture. We are here to help with any questions or suggestions as we aim to create memories through Unique Stays!

This cabin was in a perfect location for a quick drive to enjoy Cloudland Canyon State Park. We travel a good bit and say it many different places and this home stood out for its cleanliness inside. The kitchen is updated and clean. We did not do much cooking, but it had the pans that we needed. The third bedroom has two single beds, though the listing says it is a queen bed. But that worked for us traveling with three children! We would stay here again.

My family and I had an amazing time during our Spring break in this cabin. I loved that everything looks new and upgraded. Everything was clean and had everything we needed. Miss. Sage, the host was super helpful and responded quickly to questions. We would definitely be back.
It snowed on our first night there. The kids were so happy!
The bed is very comfortable and the sheets and bedspread smelled clean.
The kitchen is so cozy and all the appliances are stainless steel.
The bathroom downstairs is super clean and comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. The entire property is well maintained and looked like it had gone through a full redecorating. The interior has been repainted with fresh neutral colors and the kitchen updated. Bedrooms have either a king, queen or set of twin beds. One twin bed is a daybed with an additional trundle. Our hosts were very professional with communicating with us and making our stay wonderful. The cabin is located close to the local attractions. We would definitely stay there if we have the opportunity to come back to the area.

Host experience. I received a text about 2:15 pm on check in day asking when I was checking in. I said after 4 as in the agreement. I asked if it would be ready and was told it would be. Then about I received a call about 3:30 asking the same question and I asked will it be ready at 4? They said yes, that they were reprogramming the tv and putting up a shower curtain.We arrived at about 4:15 it was not ready. Beds were not finished. And the housekeeper was waiting for the owner to show up. Owner brought trash can, shower stuff, and apparently bedding. We left again and I was told, after asking Vrbo, it was ready about 5.This cabin sleeps 4-6. There was one couch. Sitting here with our adult grandson was just weird. What do larger groups do, sit on the floor?The bedside tables did not have lamps. So we got to turn off the lights at the door and use our phones to light our way. I’m sure the missing decor and furniture were in the driveway storage pod. So picturesque.Apparently this house was just renovated and we were the lucky ones that it was not ready for. A little honesty and transparency would have gone a long way with me. I was offered my cleaning fees back, which I turned down. It’s not about the money, it’s about communication about the rental not being ready.We have stayed in these cabins before snd enjoyed so we returned for our grandson’s 18th birthday, as well as my husbands 64th.Never again will we rent here and trust them to do the right thing.

Unique Stays were great to work with and very prompt to respond. Everything was done via the app so that was super convenient. The cabin was cute and suited our needs as we were out and about to Chattanooga during the day. Just note that the pillows are flat so if you like fluffy pillows, bring your own. If you want privacy, the back door and the door going outside upstairs do not have blinds or curtains. Also, note the house is not quiet as you can easily have a conversation from the upstairs to the downstairs, you can hear the pipes anytime someone was in the shower or flushed. The ice maker was so loud at night that we had to turn it off. The beds are comfy, the cabin is clean, great front porch, and a nice backyard area with a fire pit.

Memorial Day Weekend getaway

There were 2 couple's that stayed for a long weekend. We had a great time. The cabin is in a great location for easy access to attractions, but also off the beaten path so it was private.

Spectacular location

This cabin was part of a small group of cabins that were quiet, beautiful and on great property, within 15 mins of Lookout Mtn attractions. We loved the cabin, just the right size for our group, plenty of parking. Hope to return in the future.

The 70's called and wants their livingroom furniture back!

I also have VRBO rentals and these are maintanance issues i found that I would take care of for my guests comfort.Window blinds broken up or not working, light bulbs out, sink stopper in bathroom sink broken, towel bar loose, gas fire place not working, lousy pillows need replaced. The buillding is nice but poor maintenance, and when I notified management they did not care to address my needs but told ME to take pictures of the blinds. We were there for 5 nights and they made no effort to fix them.

Fantastic stay

What a gorgeous peaceful property! Very quiet, rural setting. Cabin was clean, a little unfresh odor as we entered, but understandable if it hadn't been used recently. It wasn't over-powering, and vanished once we opened the doors and windows for a little while. The little cul-de-sac that the cabins are in is such a peaceful setting. The cabins aren't right next to each other, so you still feel a sense of privacy even if the other cabins have guests. As for the cabin itself, I was extremely happy. Plenty of cookware, dishes and utensils. Small coffee pot as well as a Keurig were there to use. Cabin was clean, towels and bedding were fresh smelling. Beds were very comfortable. Extra blankets were available in each room in addition to the ones already on the beds. Bathrooms were clean. Complaints...and I hesitate to use that word because these are such minor things. The sign to the properties is small and sits back from the main road a bit too far to see until you're driving past it. I noticed mouse droppings in one drawer in kitchen, owner notified. The outdoor seating areas could use some sweeping and de-cobwebbing on a regular basis. No grill at this cabin. Grill utensils on porch, so another guest may have moved it to their cabin to use? All cabins look very similar, hard to distinguish which is your rental upon arrival. Clearly stated cabin numbers on listing, cabin itself, as well as in correspondence emails sent before your arrival. Overall, THRILLED!!!

Beautiful cabin in the woods

Lovely property and good time. A couple of notes: Almost ran out of toilet paper so needs more supplies. Beds are super high. Had to climb in and out of the beds only to find a step stool in the closet on the day we were leaving. But, and this was bad, no sheets on the bed!!! What was that? There was a fitted sheet on the mattress and a comforter. That is all. I found a blanket the put it between the comforter and me but I was really uncomfortable with that situation. Would not come back if that was not fixed. Everything else was great. My grandbaby (6) saw a deer for the first time and caught fireflies which he had never seen. We saw bats that we enjoyed. Beautiful area.

It was a great get away for my small family. My 4 year old loved the big beds. Quick 15 min drive to the grocery store for some breakfast food- fully stocked kitchen to serve. Quick drives to all our destinations. Beautiful views across the street. Thank you.
