Welcome to Cloudland Equinox, a retreat on Lookout Mountain designed for rest, comfort, and time outdoors.

Much of the Equinox experience unfolds behind the house, where a private hot tub, steam sauna, fire pit, grill, outdoor seating, covered deck space, and peaceful forest surroundings create a place to truly settle in. For many guests, this becomes their favorite part of the stay—morning coffee, long evenings, quiet conversations, sauna sessions, hot tub time, and nights by the fire.

Inside, the villa is comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with a warm modern style, natural materials, a fully equipped kitchen, and inviting living spaces. The home sleeps up to six guests with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it a wonderful fit for couples, families, or a small group of friends.

Cloudland Equinox sits within our 14-acre Cloudland Villas property, with walking trails winding through the forest and leading to panoramic bluff overlooks. Along the way, chairs, benches, and quiet sitting areas invite you to stop, take in the surroundings, and stay awhile. The setting feels peaceful and removed, while still being close to Lookout Mountain attractions, scenic drives, waterfalls, local towns, and outdoor adventures.

But you may find that some of the best moments happen without going anywhere at all. Soak in the hot tub, unwind in the steam sauna, gather around the fire pit, or settle into the swing as evening arrives. Walk the trails, find a quiet bench at the bluff, watch the light change through the trees, or simply enjoy having nowhere else you need to be.
