The only thing we can put a finger on is the fact that the towels by the pool were simply rolled up again after use so the next person got a (potentially) dirty towel. We solved this by bringing our own towels from our room. I think this is simply an oversight, because everything else was so perfect and clean.»

«Arriving EllBee, and they did not find the reservation. Actually, they did not have the reservation. It took them 45 minutes and a call to Hotels.com to find out that their booking system was not working. In the room a nice shower - did not work though. So had to use the bathtub… the maintenance should come and repair - but … it took exactly 36 hours until maintenance came Sunday morning at 7:00…. Or actually they just came to check if the water worked, and tell that maintenance only would ...

«For the budget price, this was a good stay. We stayed for 2 nights, the hotel was adequate. The rooms were quite basic but we loved the mountain views. We hired a motorbike from a nearby shop so it was easy to move around from this hotel, otherwise that would've been a problem because of the location. At least 30 min walk to Laxman or Ram jhula. The better vibe is on the other side of the river so it matters. The water heater took a long time to heat up and the drain clogged easily, but ...

«Great location. Nice to be able to spend the hottest hours of the day at the pool side gazing out towards Ma Ganga River. Location good for walking to shops & attractions. Staff helpful upon request. Nice air conditioning & clean white sheets although big stain on one of the pillows. Very high taxes that make the price exceptionally misleading upon booking. Almost 100%! Room had many thick dust & unwiped counter surfaces eg tea box lid, shower glass, cubbies for clothes. Windows & balcony ...
