Mosaic Penthouse Condo is new apartment that we offer from May 2023. and we have used all our quite successful experience in its renovation.



Everything that was big - now is even bigger (145 square meters) and everything that was modern - is now even more modern and all in order to provide our guests with the perfect place to relax or work remotely.

The space

Internal stairs connect the lower level where the living room and kitchen with dining room are located with the upper level where there are rooms and a relaxation area with a beautiful view of the bay.
It is suitable for much more but we are of the opinion that 6 people (not counting children) is the optimal capacity of the apartment to make it a real vacation and comfort.

Guest access

It is located in a condominium that offers its residents peace, security, mobility with its own parking spaces and a swimming pool that is available only to condominium guests.

Penthouse is located at the top of the building, and yet due to the specific position, it can be reached with only one row of stairs.

We are pretty flexible when it comes to check-in/check-out

It is important to note that in our price it is NOT INCLUDED tourist tax which is 1 eur per person per night (children under 12 don't pay for it)

For stays longer than a week, the room will be cleaned weekly. More frequent cleanings should be possible if you wish; let us know.
