La Casina Riese is a three-room apartment located in the heart of the historic center of Rio nell'Elba, one of the most tradition-rich and characteristic towns on the Island of Elba. This charming apartment provides the perfect base to explore the authentic beauty of the area. Rio nell'Elba is known for its picturesque alleys, where time seems to stand still, and its typical Elban restaurants, offering local delicacies made from fresh fish and regional products. As you stroll through the narrow streets of the village, you can admire unique views, ancient stone houses, and artisan shops that keep local traditions alive. The town has preserved Elban traditions more than any other, making it a truly unique and fascinating place to visit. – Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Arrivals after 7:30 PM are accepted with an extra charge of 40 euros.
– Check-out: by 9:00 AM
– Linen: the apartments do not have bed and bath linen. It is possible to rent it within 7 days before the arrival date at a cost of 40 euros for a double kit and 20 euros for a single kit.

La Casina Riese is a three-room apartment located in the heart of the historic center of Rio nell'Elba, one of the most tradition-rich and characteristic towns on the Island of Elba.

The entrance welcomes you with a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room with a sofa bed for two (ideal for one adult or two children). The master bedroom ensures relaxation, while the bathroom with a bathtub completes the upper floor. Descending the kitchen stairs, you find another bedroom with two single beds and a private bathroom with a shower. This room has an independent door leading directly to the picturesque streets of Rio nell'Elba's historic center.

Important Notes:

– Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Arrivals after 7:30 PM are accepted with a supplement of €40.00.

– Check-out: by 9:00 AM.

– Linen: the apartments are without bed and bath linen. It is possible to rent them up to 7 days before the arrival date at a cost of €40 for the double kit and €20 for the single kit with delivery ONLY in our office in Portoferraio.

– Pets allowed.

– Smoking inside the property is prohibited.
