Located on the second floor of a residential building (no lift), it can accommodate up to 4 guests and features two double bedrooms, a bright open-plan kitchen and living area, a bathroom with a shower cubicle, and a practical utility terrace, ideal for drying laundry.

The windows offer lovely views of the harbour and the sea, creating a unique atmosphere at any time of the day. The apartment is equipped with all the comforts needed for a pleasant stay, including air conditioning, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and an induction hob.

Its convenient location allows you to easily reach the town centre, the waterfront, restaurants, shops, and the local beaches.

**Important Information:**

* Check-in: from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Arrivals after 7:30 pm are subject to a €40.00 surcharge.
* Check-out: by 9:00 am.
* Bed linen and towels are not included. They can be rented upon request at least 7 days before arrival at a cost of €40 per double bed and €20 per single bed. Linen must be collected exclusively from our office in Portoferraio.
* Small and medium-sized pets are welcome, with an additional final cleaning fee of €40.00.
* Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
