Regarding the issue of the safe, we apologize for the inconvenience and would like to take this opportunity to clarify that this is not our standard of service. We have maintenance professionals 24 hours a day, we believe there was some failure in communication and the person who came to your room was there to see if they could help. We are in a period of high occupancy and the first room you stayed in had a connecting door, we were unable to change sooner, due to the hotel being full. As for the items mentioned, which were not available in the first room, they are available in the rooms facing the sea. However, we provide bathrobes and slippers upon request for all rooms, and we only have a coffee maker for the seafront categories, this is the hotel's standard.
