  • Wake up to the sound of the waves at Sandy Beach Villa, a beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom beachfront retreat with direct access to Sandy Beach in Rincón, Puerto Rico! Step outside and feel the sand beneath your feet, enjoy breathtaking ocean views, or relax on the oceanfront patio surrounded by swaying palm trees.

    The Villa

    This spacious ground-level villa features a comfortable living room with a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and air conditioning.

    Sleeping Arrangements
    - Bedroom 1: King-size bed
    - Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed
    - Bedroom 3: Full-size bed
    - Two bathrooms with bathtub and walk-in shower

    The kitchen includes a refrigerator, wine cooler, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and cookware. Additional amenities include WiFi, cable TV, washer and dryer, beach towels, and beach chairs.

    Beachfront & Outdoor Living

    Enjoy direct access to Sandy Beach! The oceanfront patio features lounge chairs, beautiful views, and an outdoor shower.

    Guests also have access to a shared rooftop terrace with a BBQ grill, dining area, lounge chairs, and bathroom, perfect for whale watching during the season, enjoying ocean views, or stargazing.

    Location

    Located directly on Sandy Beach in the popular Puntas neighborhood of Rincón. Walk to Tamboo, Casa Isleña, and Casa Verde, where you`ll find beachfront dining, bars, and entertainment.

    We recommend a rental car for exploring Rincón.

    Important Notes

    The rooftop terrace, parking area, portions of the patio, and beach access stairs are shared common areas.

    The villa is on the ground level with an accessible entrance. Some outdoor areas require stairs.

    Gated parking and a backup generator are available.

    We provide only a starter supply of toiletries and essential household items. Guests are responsible for additional supplies.

    Our team is just a phone call or message away during your stay.
    Damage Deposit of $200 is required

    We will charge you extra if/for:

    -Late checkout- $100
    -Noise Complaints- $100-$200
    - Damage/Missing towel - $20 each
    - Damage/Missing bed linen, sheet, or quilt - $50 each
    -Trash left at the property - $20
    -Extra cleaning services - $50

We absolutely loved our stay at Sandy Beach Villa in Rincon. The 3 bedroom apartment was perfect for our family and the surfing location was ideal. Loved that several charming restaurants, a coffee and taco shack, and a boutique were within walking distance.

This is a great place to sit back, relax and enjoy the sun. You are minutes away from various beaches and Rincon for shopping and restaurant’s.

We had a great stay st Sandy Beach Villa. 1st floor , walk out to patio and beach. Some nice restaurants within a few minutes walk . Had a car so we could go downtown Rincon (10 minutes ) where we had some great food at 413 Cafe among others. Our condo was very comfortable and came with everything we needed. Would go back and would recommend to friends . Enjoy

What’s not to love? Super clean and well appointed - there is nothing else you need. Amazing location. Cold AC. Great hot showers. Nearby places to grab a bite. Responsive real estate team. You will love it!

Best VRBO in Rincón, whether just stepping out the front door to relax at the beach or heading out to visit the town of Rincón, Crash Boat and the San Sebastián waterfall.

Sandy Beach Spectacular

Another fabulous stay at Sandy Beach. This was our 7th year returning to this property. The unit was spotless, and had everything we needed for a week at the beach. The Property Manager was response and helpful, check in and departure was a breeze. Highly recommend!

Beach Bliss

Super easy check in! This is our second time stayin at this property just a different floor. Unit was lovely, clean and perfect for our family of 4. Kitchen needs a bit updating and a dishwasher would be a bonus but certainly in working order. Couldn't get a better location!!!!

It was very hard to say goodbye to the view, and the apartment. Very clean, very well maintained, very comfortable beds and pillows. AC, fans, kitchen and bathroom in top condition. Can’t wait to come back and stay for no less than a week. Thank you for everything

Great location with gated parking. Very safe area with walkable restaurants; Tamboo is great. House was well equipped and clean. No issues. Roof top area is a very nice feature to the unit. Host was super helpful

Way more than we expected!

Words can’t describe what a wonderful stay this was. location was perfect with the Villa being steps away from the beach. Daily walks to restaurants and bars on and off the beach, waterfalls 45min away, Downtown 10min away, Domes Beach is a must, boat/snorkle excursion, plus so much more we explored around the area. We also rented the 3rd floor so our family and friends could stay close but also have their own space. It worked out perfectly! The rooftop was great for morning views and coffee and dinner with everyone. The long car ride to Rincon is well worth it if you are debating that. I would recommend traveling the longer route around to the south. Way less traffic, people, and a prettier view. Thanks for a remarkable stay!

The pictures do not lie!

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time! The pictures are accurate. You couldn’t ask for a better location for a beach vacation. We had been given the wrong code for the key box, but were able to get ahold of Jennifer and her team after a couple of calls. I would recommend double checking what the code will be during your stay so you don’t run into this problem. Other than that one minor issue, this vacation rates at the top! I would 100% book this villa again!

My favorite place I've stayed

This might be my most favorite vacation home we've stayed in. It's absolutely beautiful. You walk right from your patio onto the beach. While we were there, there weren't many people on the beach. It almost felt like our own private beach. The interior was just the perfect size for us and had everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. There is also a roof top deck but since we were on the ground level and had a patio overlooking the water right there, we didn't really use the roof top. I was not ready to leave!

Although the location and overall aesthetic of this home were great there were quite a few issues. The weather was fine no reason for outages but the power went out a few times. The dryer took the entire day to dry clothes and the wifi only worked 2/5 days so there was no tv and phones ran off extended network causing us an excessive bill. I contacted the host a few times and her only response was “hopefully it comes back soon”. She advertises beach amenities such as chairs and toys however they were rusted and disintegrating in a broken deck box. The toiletries provided included 1 toilet paper roll for each bathroom, 1 paper towel roll, and 2 garbage bags for a 5 night stay. Its listed as a family friendly home however there were more hazards for children than benefits. The back table and gate were falling apart with rusty nails and jagged edges. There were rat traps on the porch in reach of children with no posted warnings and the furniture was not anchored to the wall causing a nearly fatal crash of a dresser onto my toddler just from opening a draw while empty. I also mentioned this to the host with no response. On the surface it seemed clean but i woke up to a large cockroach on its back in the hallway one morning and saw 2 large city sized rats run under my husband’s chair while sitting on the porch. While the beachfront location of the home make it highly desirable there was many factors of negligence lacking maintenance and basic necessities to make it hospitable

Paradise

We stayed two short nights in this incredible property. It was actually more beautiful than advertised. The rooms were beautifully appointed with every amenity we needed. The beach is amazing and right out our back door. There were multiple places to eat both within walking distance and a short drive. The entire country faced blackouts during our stay but this property is equipped with all of the safety features so we had uninterrupted water and electrify. This was a dream. I can’t wait to book again.
